The location of this hotel is amazing! It is close to everything, including the bus stop, making it easy to get around. The staff here is friendly and the service is top-notch. They even offer a grocery shopping service, so you don't have to worry about finding a supermarket. The room amenities are great as well, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and even ironing facilities. The free toiletries and tea and coffee facilities are a nice touch too. The sitting area and dining table provide a comfortable space to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking. The flat-screen TV and CD player are a nice bonus as well. this place provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Not close to supermarket or restaurants.

Superb amenities! The apartment had comfy furniture, heated floors in the bathroom, board games, DVDs, and a fully-equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine. , it was located close to a bus stop. The apartment had free Wi-Fi, which was very convenient.
Limited supplies in the kitchen! Apart from salt and some tea bags, there were no other basic condiments such as sugar and milk, and we had to bring everything ourselves.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the slopes and the Arlberg bus stop. The apartment provided ample space for our family of four and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was amazing value for money, with all the essentials like dishwashing tablets and fresh linen provided. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and we especially loved the heating. The hotel's close proximity to Hotham central made everything easily accessible.
Could not be improved in any way.
